Mini Album

Every year I attend a Christmas party with my fellow Close To My Heart Consultants and part of the celebration is a gift exchange. This year I decided to make a mini album. This uses the tru-fit folios and the Avonlea paper pack.

I love that there is so much space on it! There are two sides plus 2 sides on each of the tags that are in the pockets. Perfect for pictures, journaling, ticket stubs etc.

While Supplies Last - Correction

You may have seen the email I sent out regarding the While Supplies Last products (if not I'll post it below). I wanted to let you know that I made a mistake and you cannot purchase the Stamp of the Month for only $5 if you only buy discounted items. I apologize for the error.

There are still some great deals and you should be able to select shipping method of 4.95%, it takes a little longer but saves you money over paying 7.95%.

Also, to sweeten the deal even more, from December 1–31, all orders placed on my website that reach or exceed $50 will also include a free Bonding Memories® glue pen (Z553)—a $4.50 value!


While Supplies Last
I just learned that at midnight on December 1, Close To My Heart is going to be releasing many new while supplies last items on my website. These are items that we no longer carry. There can be some great deals but they are bound to go quickly.

To shop go to my website and then click join next to the December order on the lower right hand side of the page. Then click on While Supplies Last. You can purchase any of the products on your order, not just the While Supplies Last items. Spend $50 and you can get the December Stamp of the Month for only $5. I love how versatile this set is.

Scrapbooking Group to Start in January

Here is how it works.

1. You commit to coming to our group gathering and spending $25 per month in product for six months. You will have options on what you purchase but you will need to at least buy the paper pack for the layouts we are doing. 

2. We will make 2-2 page layouts per month.

3. One of the six months you will get to be the hostess. This means that you will get a minimum of $25 in extra product that month. If you gather outside orders you could bump that up and even earn 1/2 price items!

4. At the end of six months you will have 24 layouts completed, and have earned at least $25 in FREE product!

Extra Bonus! Have a friend join you that is not on my email or customer list and you receive a free gift.

The club is limited to six guests. The first month we will be using the Pear and Partridge paper pack and getting those Christmas pictures scrapped!

So Grateful

So Grateful is the name of this stamp set for the pumpkin but I also use Perfect Fit Frames which is one of my new favorite sets. I just love cutting paper with my cricut and then stamping on it. This paper is retired but this would also look great with Moonlight or Flirty.

New Inks and Markers!

Check out this great video from CTMH explaining the new inks and markers. They are great to work with.

Time to be Thankful

It's almost that time of year when we take an extra moment to remember all that we have to be thankful for. I made a banner to hang on my mantle after halloween. 

The base pieces were cut with the Cricut Artist cartridge as were the diamonds, letters and rosettes (I think that's what they are called). The leaves were stamped, colored with our new markers (really like them!) and cut out by hand. If you don't have the Artiste you could use our banners and decorate as you desired. There are many ways to make a banner with Close To My Heart and many reasons as well.

Some Halloween Fun

There is still time to make some great Halloween treats. I will be making these cupcakes again to share with my coworkers for Halloween. I just love the Cricut Artiste. Don't these liners make the cupcakes looks so cute! And then with the Foundry Pins the Halloween Greetings make a homemade cupcake look like so much more. These were made using the Spellbound Cricut Kit.

Then I may be making these for some of my special trick or treaters. This was also made using the Artiste. Inside there is a skeleton cut with the Artiste. I will fill it with candy.
