My First Artbooking Mini Album

I love the new Artbooking cartridge. This was so easy to make using the Pro Player paper pack. Most cuts came from two keys. So simple since you don't have to adjust sizes. It cuts it in the right proportion. Journaling and one photo have been intentionally blurred. You can make your albums as many pages as you would like. If you want to cut these images at a different size all you have to do is make it real dial size. There are many more styles like this one.  Contact me to find out more!

Sneak Preview

The new idea book is available to all my customers on August 1. It has some amazing paper packs and stamp sets. There are seven stamp sets that are only available to hostesses. They are very cute and include penguins, great words, and washi wonder to name a few. Here are a few projects I have made with the Washi Wonder and The Party is On sets. The scallop on the card on the top is made with our new scallop border punch. I really like the size of the scallops. The box in the middle uses the cricut Artiste for the box which I love and our new twist ties on the handle. The present on the layout is on of our new mini stamps that you can purchase for only $2.95. I stamped it on colonial white and colored it in. Then I stamped it again on pear, cut out the ribbon and bow and used 3-D foam tape to pop it up. I love how it looks!

In the meantime, here are a few projects I just completed:

This one uses the ruler to mark the holes to make the zig zag stitch by hand. It is easy and fun!

This is faux stitching. I embossed and sanded the lines and then poked the holes in using the ruler. Looks like I stitched it but I didn't!

 The stitching is along the edge of this card. I also used the new pigment black ink and embossed the sentiment before coloring in the Congrats. The black really pops this wah.

Just rolled pieces of Tommy paper and a star from the cricut that I then stamped. Love how it turned out.

Something New!

Well, I sure haven't been posting here enough have I. If you want to stay more current on projects I'm making you might want to check out my Facebook page. It is so much faster to post there!

I made this item this week.

I made this using the Artiste cartridge S key. The flower was made using the C key! I love my CTMH cartridges and how this turned out. I am going to give it to a friend at work, but this could be great for teachers or anyone who needs  a little pick me up. The stem is a swizzle stick covered with bakers twine. Let me know if you need more directions or if you would like to purchase any of these supplies to make your own!

Chantilly Card Workshop

This is the Valentines card that I will be giving my husband. It uses the Cricut Artiste and I use the glitter gel for the Love.

Chantilly Paper Pack

One of the new paper packs is called Chantilly. I love this paper. It is so colorful and can be used for so many things. These are two layouts from the Workshop on the Go kit. It's great because for only 29.95 you get a paper pack, an exclusive stamp set, layout instructions and embellishments.You can see that I still have to add one picture to the second layout and I tweaked it a bit from the instructions to make it work better for my pictures. I love how different they look.
